THE Computer Calculation Of Contact Stress Of High Order Contact Surfaces And Gearing

At the first, the theoretical basis and calculation formulas have been deduced in this thesis, based on the derivative geometry and the theories of gear meshing. So that the surfaces of the two conjugate teeth have the order of contact as higher as possible. Than, three methods (polynomial, involutes, revision of 2nd order derivative) have been devised and used in the configuration of the profile of the basic rake with high order of contact. Later on, the profiles of the gears have been generated on the gear generator, by the help of NC machining and the modern precise technique has made out, the corresponding cutting tools. Finally, these cutters have generated the new kind of gears. The reducer box has the meshing effect as expected. This paper studies the elastic contact problem in the contact area and contact stress model of local density computing, a set of well resulting cylindrical gears meshing process of calculating the contact stress calculation methods and modular code system. Paper to a pair of aviation for the inverted helical gears is described.
