College Students Career Planning Education Should be Valued and Enhanced

摘要：

The college students career planning education/guidance for the students in school to enhance their employability and future career development are of great significance. In this paper, students need for career guidance and career planning about how to implement the guidance of university students in terms of university students in colleges and universities and to guide the work of career planning were discussed.
