Research of Neural Networks in Image Anomaly Identification Application

摘要：

Images anomaly refers to a relatively constant image suddenly appeared continuous monitoring of abnormal signs, its online identification is widely used in public security, environment, transportation, production process monitoring. This paper studies online identification algorithms and implementation techniques of image anomaly.and proposes the learning algorithm based on BP neural network for anomly identification.
