Application of CAI in the Teaching of Physical Education in College

摘要：

With the rapid development of science, Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) is being applied in the teaching of physical education in college, as well as other modern education technologies, which largely promotes the development of teaching theory and practice in college education. Physical training serves as an important component of quality education and should be equipped with modern technologies of education to improve the quality and effect basic on its characteristic.
