The data analysis of unceasing axle dynamic track scale
The testing datas analysis is the key factor of influencing the metrical accuracy of unceasing axle dynamic track scale. This thesis used Hilbert-Huang transform to analyze the detection signal, adopted experience mode decomposition arithmetic, and simulated through MATLAB. Then put the maximum value of residuals to curve fitting four times. Then the average curve fittings value is what we seek. Simulation shows that this method can greatly improve the measurement accuracy of dynamic track scale, and heavier trains on the measurement of relatively high precision.
