Study on Information Literacy Education of American State University and its Enlightenment on the Related Education Development of Chinese Local Colleges

American State University not only reforms the university, but also changes the American society. Its appearance and development achieve the miracle of the popularization of American higher education. The analysis and study on the basic situation of the information literacy education of State Universities can find referential methods for the related education development of Chinese local universities.
