Trust Security Privacy Metrics for Ubiquitous Healthcare Information System
The objective of this work is to propose a model based metrics for trust, security and privacy in an ubiquitous health care system. A model based metrics for U-health care system is identified. The various trust relationship between the covered entities of health care information system is considered and its metrics based on the role and the information handled are arrived. The vulnerabilities and the security risks in communicating the protected health information (PHI) are used to determine security measures in terms of privileges or permissions associated with each entity. The privacy of the information in an ubiquitous health care system is derived based on the mode of information deployment and its operational environment.
