The Effect and Significance of E-Learning Based on Computer Network Technology for Higher Education in China at Present

As the development and the popularization of the computer network technology, the education will become the biggest industry after the electronic commerce on Internet. Especially during recent years, all universities and colleges in China are passing through a significant period of digital campus project, whose education and teaching functions are required to be brought into fullest play. Therefore E-Learning educational model based on the computer network technology is imperative. This article has considered and analyzed the influence and significance of E-Learning based on computer network technology in universities and colleges in China.
