How to train qualified software outsourcing professionals is the major concern in the field of engineering education. On the basis of analyzing the concept of CDIO engineering education and the demand for talents of software outsourcing company, the author proposes to implement a project-centered teaching practice, construct the learning team as the main mode of learning and establish an integrated innovation capability of the culture concept, and finally comes to three revelations about CDIO concept to software outsourcing talents training in China
