A Pricing Model for Human Capital of Enterprise Based on Markov Chain
Human Capital is playing an increasing role in the development of enterprises, and it has become a core of business strategy competition;it is the driving force of companies to obtain sustainable development. Currently the question of employees turnover is very serious, so price the human capital for the development of enterprises accurately becomes more and more important. In this paper, referred to the traditional human capital problems in pricing and combined with Markov chain theory, hope to establish a new human capital pricing model.
