Robust stability analysis of delayed coupled gene networks with intrinsic and extrinsic noise
Gene regulation is an intrinsically noisy process, which is subject to intrinsic and extrinsic noise perturbations. In this paper, we investigate the problem how to establish the robust stability of uncertain genetic regulatory networks with timevarying delays and state-dependent stochastic noises. Based on the Lyapunov method and Lure system approach, new delay-dependent and delay-derivativedependent criteria are presented, which are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Illustrative examples are presented to show the effectiveness and correctness of our obtained results.
