Robust control of delayed genetic regulatory network with stochastic noise
Gene regulation is an intrinsically noisy process, which is subject to intrinsic and extrinsic noise perturbations. Due to noises, genetic regulatory network become unstable. In thie paper, we investigate the problem that how to design a robust gene network to tolerate more intrinsic kinetic parameter fluctuations and extrinsic environmental noise. Based on the Lyapunov method and Lure system approach, new delay-dependent and delay-derivativedependent criteria are presented, which are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Illustrative example is presented to show the effectiveness and correctness of our obtained results.
