Application of Supply Chain Performance Measurement in the Real Estate Enterprise

摘要：

With the unascertained comprehensive evaluation model, the paper conducts the supply chain performance measurement. Firstly, application situation of the supply chain in the real estate enterprise at home and abroad is summarized. Secondly, influent factors referring to the supply chain measurement of real-estate enterprise is analysed from internal and external aspects. Then evaluation index system of the supply chain performance measurement is established. Finally, example analysis based on unascertained measure model is conducted and it is an exploratory work for the application of supply chain performance measurement in real estate enterprise
