Global stability of stochastic neural networks with noise disturbance and interval time-varying delays

In this paper, global stability problem of stochastic neural network with interval time-varying delays and noise disturbance is investigated. Based on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional approach and free weight matrix technique, the delay-dependent and delay derivative-dependent stability criteria are established in the form of Linear Matrix inequalities, which can be easily checked. The constraint that derivative of time-varying delays must be smaller than 1 is relaxed. Numerical examples are also given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed criteria.
