Fuzzy Control System Design and Simulation Research on Heating Exchange Process
It is analyzed the principle, variations relationship, control requirements and difficulty in heating exchange system in this paper. According to the strong coupling between the variations and parameters time variable characteristics, the combination of nonlinear scaling factors fuzzy control and static decoupling control strategy is proposed. This control strategy decouples the parameters coupling relationship by the decoupling relationship at first, then tune and optimize the parameters of scaling factors based on genetic algorithm(GA) to improve the fuzzy controller performance when the membership function is around zero. From the simulation result, it shows the fuzzy decoupling control method is effective and feasible to heating exchange system.
