Detection on the Morphology of Tuyere Raceway based on Laser Radar

The The laser radar was used for testing on twodimensional morphology of Tuyere raceway. A detection system was designed for the echo signal of laser radar in the presence of a big noise. Analysis on the noise characteristics came as the first question, aiming to identify a noise, including the white noise and 1/fr non-stationary noise. As a result, multi-wavelet translation invariant algorithm was introduced for filtering, followed by the EMD method provided for the further extraction of the filtered signal, getting the distance signal that was satisfied in both SNR and SNR. Test showed that the morphology of two-dimensional laser radar raceway generated the value proven to be more reliable compared to the calculation modeling. Further research is expected to get the three-dimensional shape of raceway.
