Using a Novel Optimizing Genetic Algorithm to Measure the Enterprise Inventory Storage

In the modern enterprise, zero inventory is the ideal state in the inventory management, especially to the innovative products, it can not only reduce costs but also promote the development of the new products. In order to forecast the enterprise inventory storage scientifically and accurately, this paper proposes the optimal model based on optimizing genetic algorithm. The model has the advantages of selflearning, self-organizing and self-adapting, avoids the subjective mistakes in the evaluation process, and improves the evaluating accuracy greatly. The inventory storage measurement of 5 representative enterprises in Shandong Province shows that the results given by this model are reliable, and this method to measure the inventory storage is effective and feasible.
