Information System Supervision Capability Maturity Model

摘要：

To complete the supervision task according to the contract with high efficiency, best quality and low cost, a supervision enterprise of information system must advance the supervision process and comprehensively implement supervision engineering and the quality management strategy. In this paper we propose information system supervision capability maturity model. It first preliminarily divides supervision enterprises into below five levels and then gives all the elements composed of each level. The model may be taken as the supervision process metric, because it unifies dual experiences between quality management and supervision engineering, and specially makes a set of metrics to the supervision process.
