In this paper, Ant Colony Algorithm, (ACA) is taken as the research object According to its characteristics, improvement of algorithm and application is made and obtains a good result Using the parameters of the algorithm in the theoretical analysis, the qualitative parameters of the algorithm is given in the scope of the conclusions based on the optimized settings. Finally, the unproved algorithm is applied to combinatorial optimization problems in practical application - Network Multi-point routing problems. And simulated experiment results is well.
