Fuzzy Compensation Coherent Decoupling Controller of Submerged Arc Furnace Gas Recovery
Manual control is still applied in the high-carbon ferrochrome of Jilin Ferroalloy plant furnace gas recovery system. In view of the defect, a new type of fuzzy decoupling algorithm is introduced in this paper. So the tough problem is solved that the pressure difference between furnace and venturi tube in the submerged arc furnace gas recovery system is unstable and difficult to control. The paper provides a method of decoupling the system according to fuzzy compensation and coherent decoupling theory. Fuzzy control theory is adopted in the system controller. The theory and structure of fuzzy compensation coherent decoupling controller are stated in the paper on the basis of briefly introducing the production technology of gas recovery. The results of simulation show that the scheme is rational and advanced.
