Thermal control of CCD focal plane assembly for attitude-varied space camera
This paper describes design of thermal control systems for CCD Focal Plane Assembly (CFPA) on the Attitude-Varied Space Camera (AVSC). In order to keep the temperature of CCD and temperature fluctuation in limited range, thermal path and the combination radiator which is composed of a radiation-panel, thermal-Interface-Panel, and phase change material are specified. Results shows that thermal control system can meet the need of mission, the thermal design is efficiency and reasonable.
