Through the Introduction of presentation structure and basic functions of a static synchronous compensator (STATCOM) controller, analysis of Reactive Power Compensation Control Method is introduced as an example for inhibit voltage flicker, oscillation damping system excellent dynamic qualities of power system normal state transition process and the improvement of power system transient, static stability limit.
