Analysis of Non-equigap Grey Optimal Model about Smelting Endpoint
Vurmg the decarburization process of smelting steel and iron, not only carbon content is difficult to be detected on-line for smelting conditions, but also there are too many uncertain factors, so the endpoint control is still difficult to be accurately determined in time. For this, non-equigap grey optimal model is given to predict carbon content during the decarburization process of smelting steel and iron. Simulation results show that the nonequigap grey optimal model which is established with data in AOD smelting process has the high fitting precision and high prediction precision, and the relative error is between -6.40% and 3.06%. Carbon content can be predicted well in real time with nonequigap grey optimal model.
