Control Method of preventing splashing in the refining process of AOD furnace based on equal temperature zones
This article raise a new method to prevent splashing in the process of argon-oxygen refining alloy, the method use the infrared to detect on-line temperature difference of the liquid slag surface and the hot metal inside the furnace, with the temperature difference we can get the 2 3 content in the molten iron, adjust the top-gun top-blown position and high-pressure argon (nitrogen) / oxygen mixture ratio based on the slag and hot metal quantization interval, to regulate carbon ?oxygen reaction rate and 2 content in the slag, add pressure spray or auxiliary materials in order to improve liquid slag mobility when the temperature difference is higher than the supreme critical temperature difference or less than the minimum critical temperature difference, in order to realize the automatic control to prevent splashing.
