Enhancing Calculation for Active Earth Pressure of Retaining Wall under Local Load

摘要：

In practical engineering, the earth pressure of retaining wall caused by the local load of the surface of inclined fill cannot be calculated by Rankine theory. Based on this problem, the paper introduces the practices and skills; presents the new methods with infinitesimal calculus; anal sizes the effect of the two methods for the anti-slide of retaining wall and the steady of anti overturning with engineering examples.
