CLRIP Based On JITD In Two-Echelon Distribution Network Of Service Parts

In order to allocate depots from several potential distribution centers and schedule vehicle routing, from the point of integration, a bi-level programming method is used to develop the model of combined location routing and inventory problem (CLRIP) for the two-echelon distribution network. The model considers the different benefits between the network designers and the customers, and the demand is fuzzy. Based on the characteristics of service parts, this paper applies the JITD (Just in Time Distribution) into distribution network design, which can substantially improve the customer service level as well as minimize the total system cost. At the same time, a new heuristic algorithm is developed to solve the model, and a numerical example is given to illustrate the application of the model and its algorithm. The result can help to optimize the distribution network of service parts and improve the reliability of quick response while reduce system cost.
