The Optimal Strategy Of Periodical Adjustment Processes
There are the systemic deviations or trend drifts from non-removable special cause besides random deviation in manufacturing processes because of environment changes. These changes lead to the pausing and the periodical adjustment in process. The basic statistical process control methods may become void in these cases, especially in process analysis. The output distribution with system deviation and random deviation is studied about metal cutting process with time-varying. The probability density function and cumulative density function of process outputs are given. The method to make sure adjusting coefficient and optimal adjustment strategy is developed to balance the process quality and adjustment cost.
