Three-level Analysis Of Safety Operation System In Manufacturing
This thesis puts forward concepts related to safety operation in manufacturing by borrowing ideas from safety management theories, divides safety operation system in manufacturing into three levels, namely basic safety operation, standard safety operation and intrinsic safety operation, and respectively elaborates their chief goals, details and ways of realization. In the mean time, it analyzes the characteristics and existing defects of safety operation system in each level, evolution trend of safety operation system and the law for improving reliability of safety operation system. At last, this thesis indicates that intrinsic safety operation of a company is realized by accumulating from a lower stage to a higher one on the premise of accomplishing thse companys basic safety operation and standard safety operation.
