Study On Optimal Group Decision Model For IT R&D Based On Improved Simulated Annealing Algorithm Combined With Fuzzy AHP

The strategic demand for IT of client firms decides the significance and necessity of IT vendors to invest on R &. D. IT vendors must keep their policies fitting clients strategy well in order to ensure the investment decisions in correct direction and improve core competence. IT R &- D plan often involves multirelevant projects. Income and risk of these projects prove hard to be estimated accurately and there exist time-lags between income and cost. Therefore, a model aiming at these characteristics is required for optimal group decision. This work created the model and combined improved simulated annealing algorithm with fuzzy AHP so that global optimal solution can be acquired accurately and quickly. Case study indicated that the method proved feasible and effective.
