A Talent Recommendation Model Towards Knowledge Product Online Customization
Knowledge product transaction is developing quickly in recent years. A new business model— knowledge product online customization comes into being. The enterprises with demand for knowledge products publish their tasks about required knowledge product customization through the online platform, and professional talents accomplish the tasks for reward. Though this business model brings many benefits to both sides, it is difficult for the enterprises to find the suitable talents. The paper proposes a talent recommendation model. First some important indexes available to select appropriate talents are found, and then a personalization recommendation algorithm based on multi-attribute decision making (MADA) can be used to generate the list of talents suitable to the certain task, recommended to the enterprises for further decision.
