Mobile Innovation Service—From B2C To B2B2C
As Chinese mobile communication market accesses the buyers market, the three mobile communication operators in our country are facing fierce competition in the existing mobile value-added service field. So they should create new value-added services to achieve competitive advantage. To provide innovative services can achieve this. But in the domestic mobile value-added service field, there are still gaps in this area. Therefore, this paper will analyze the development of mobile information services at home and abroad, and then explain the mobile innovation service system based on B2B2C business model, and conclude with a framework for this system and the achievement of the design.
