According to the present situation of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprise informatization, the research on ASP(Application service Provider) model proposed to construct the small and medium-sized enterprise dynamic alliance information platform, expounds the advantages of ASP, proposed the small and medium-sized enterprises dynamic alliance information platform of information sharing mechanism based on ASP, The formation of small and medium-sized enterprises of dynamic alliance effective operation has certain positive contribution.
