Absorptive Capacity And Firm Innovation Performance

摘要：

This study utilized Multiple Regression (MR) and Moderated Multiple Regression (MMR) to explore the effects of different knowledge properties and absorptive capacity on firm innovation performances in the China small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The results of this study showed that the relationship between the knowledge properties and innovation performance is more pronounced when the firm has higher absorptive capacity. This research indicated that knowledge properties and absorptive capacity are two inseparable determinants for innovation performance, and absorptive capacity mediates the relationship between knowledge properties and innovation performance.
