An Empirical Study Of Relation Between Intra-team Social Networks And Knowledge Transfer Among Team-members

This paper focuses on the relationships between intra-team social networks and two aspects of intrateam knowledge transfer: the easiness of intra-team knowledge transfer and intra-team knowledge valued. This paper suggests that social network structure which reflected by network centrality and social network relation which reflected by network Guanxi base both has the positive effects to intra-team knowledge transfer. This paper makes an empirical study of hypothesizes, further, analyzes and explains the results.
