A Study On Measurement Tool Of Managers Work-life Integration Attitude: Development And Test

A survey questionnaire on Chinese managers work-life integration attitude was designed on the basis of interviews, items collection, several pre-trials and scientific testing in the paper. Based on 355 copies of questionnaires, with exploratory factor analysis, the psychological structure of Chinese managers work-life integration attitude is established. It proposed three-dimension model of work-life integration attitudes cognitive dimension, affective dimension and behavioral intention dimension. The structures of the questionnaire reliability and discrimination validity were verified by confirmatory factor analysis of 554 samples from enterprises. The results of internal consistency analysis and hierarchical regression show that it has good reliability and validity of the questionnaire of Chinese managers work-life integration attitude based on Chinese cultural background. The study will be beneficial for both the theory of work-life integration and practice of human resources management and development of enterprises.
