Exploration Of Organizational Culture Competency: Implication Determinants To Be Exposed
The competency of staff and positions is manifested in the organizational context, which refers to organizational culture mainly. Furthermore, organizational culture restrains softly unit competency, shapes the personality of members of an organization, which is the hidden determinants on competency. The competency model embedded culture character should be complete, unique and effective. Of course, organizational culture embedded in model should be exposed not implied. That is to say, the structure about cultural competency is set up, which includes strategy, organizational spirit, individual characteristics, citizenship behavior and so forth. And then the scientific assessment process would be designed to make it compatible with the other competency variables synergy.
