The Review And Prospect Of Knowledge Sharing Based On The Theory Of Social Capital

摘要：

As the knowledge activity is always embedded in networks of social relations, so the social capital has an important impact on knowledge sharing process. Firstly, this paper reviews the theory of social capital, and describes the relationship between the social capital theory and organizational knowledge sharing. Then based on the three variables? Of social capital namely structure variables, relationship variable and cognitive variable, this paper systematically surveys the Knowledge Sharing related literatures, and summarizes the major research points and perspectives. At last, this paper comprehensively reviews the current research results and discusses the possible research directions in the future.
