Validation And Modification Of Holistic Thinking Scale In China
1 Introduction It is all too common in our day that we find the clash of the east and the west. From our television screens to the gossip on the streets, there is a constant buzz of the inevitable which was brought upon us by globalization. Globalization doesnt just mean western countries setting up operations overseas, with supply chains that go through various nations and products that are not make in your home country. Globalization; in a business sense, also means the internationalization of foreign companies, the exchange and possible fusion of ideas and culture, and integration of foreign and domestic companies into a harmonious business environment By now, western companies setting up operations in China is something that is expected.
