The Competitive Advantage Of Intellectural Property On The Base Of Resource And Capability

摘要：

This paper analyzes resource nature of companys competitive advantage of intellectural property in terms of VRIN suggested by Barney. It points out that the resource nature of intellectural property is not complete, and only by integrating resource and capability can companys obtain sustainable competitive advantage of intellectural property. There are four kinds of companys according to their resource and capability, namely poor, resource, business and dominant. The paper also discusses the way of all kinds of companys to acquire and retain competitive advantage by integrating resource and capability.
