Organizational Effects On New Service Development: A Case Study On Commercial Banking

At present, the internal organizational effects play an important role in new service development. This study puts emphasis on the analysis of positive roles that organizational structure, business processes, organizational resources and organizational culture act on new service development, on the basis of a reasonable definition of organizational effects. Through in-depth analysis of organizational innovation in the project network banking, we provide strong evidences for the point that organizational affects have significantly positive impacts on the overall performance of new service development. The result provides a practical basis for managers to carry out scientific management.
