Organizational Learning And Innovativeness Of Products In Transitional Economy
The innovativeness of product is critical for the final economic return of the product, and to be success in the market, the product should be more innovativeness. But, why the products of some firms are more innovativeness than those of the others? This study focuses on the impact of organizational learning on the innovativeness of product. We find that the relationship between explorative learning and the innovativeness of product is positive, and that between exploitative learning and the innovativeness of product is inverse U shaped. This study provides not only a more nuanced and in-depth analysis on the impacts of organizational learning on the innovativeness of product, but also inform mangers how to make organizational learning contribute to the innovativeness of product more effectively.
