Chinese Companys Ownership Structure Under Financial Crisis
This paper describes two kinds of corporate governance structure which are the decentralized one in Britain and the United States and the centralized one in Germany and Japan, and compares the two kinds of governance structure, then analyzes the problems of corporate governance structure in our country. On the basis, give some suggestions on follow aspect: how to build up the Effective debt governance mechanism, optimize the ownership structure, perfect capital market, develop the institutional investor) reform internal structure, perfect the system of independent directors and the function of the board of supervisors.
