As the laws of science by derivative or partial derivative potential function built, so that natural science is the potential science; In management science, communication links very different elements closely, so Communication is the derivation of the organization, motivation is the derivation of individual, decision-making is the derivation of path, the growth of individuals and organizations is the integration process of creating derivative information potential constantly. The significance of potential theory, not only unifies the natural science and social sciences in a logic level, but also reveals the dynamics mechanism of Innovation and organization and personal growth.
