Research On Symbiotic Relationship Between Property Management And Community Management From The Perspective Of Co-Governance
Property management enterprises of the residential districts and community residents committees become the common main sectors in building harmonious urban community. The research of the mutual relations between them is of great significance to distinguish the identity and functions of the two main management bodies and to achieve the division and harmonious development of community management. In terms of the main management bodies, property management enterprises of the residential districts possess obvious symbiotic relationship with other community management organizations. The organizational symbiotic relationship affects the functional relationship of organizations, which is embodied in the levels of management functions, that is, housing property management has symbiotic relationship with community management. The co-presence of the.two management organizations forms the unique community co-governance with Chinese characteristics.
