A Study Of The Pollution Charge Standard Based On Circular Economy

摘要：

This paper studies the pollution charge policy under the circular economy mode, giving the pollution charge standard to manufacturers which have adopted the circular economy production mode from the two sides of the profit maximization principle and cost minimization principle. This paper holds the view that the environmental regulators should lower the pollution charge standard with manufactures who implement circular economy production mode, which will further promote them to implement it. Some new results presented in this paper are of importance to the pollution charge policy and the circular economy development policy.
