The Research On How To Upgrade The Energy Efficiency Of Shandong Province
To improve the energy efficiency of Shandong province and achieve targets for saving energy and reducing emissions, this article will raise a suit theory of energy efficiency evaluation index system which is based on the internal and foreign research about index system of energy efficiency, combine the characteristics of energy environment of Shandong province and consist of four aspects: economic efficiency, technical efficiency, social efficiency and environmental efficiency. Then, factorial analysis is applied to conduct an empirical analysis of Shandong province energy efficiency and finally make comprehensive evaluation. According to the mainly affecting factors that restrict the improvement of energy efficiency such as industrial structure, interior structure of industry and energy consumption structure, put forward suggestions to improve energy efficiency.
