A Study Of The Relationship Between Corporate Social Performance And Employees Contextual Performance—under The Framework Of Internal Stakeholder
The society is paying more and more attention to corporate social responsibility while enterprises are requiring more and more contextual performance out of their employees. This paper is an empirical study of the relationship between Corporate Social Performance and employees Contextual Performance. It sets up the analytical models through factor analysis and correlations under the framework of internal stakeholder. It shows that the two items are remarkably correlated and it also suggests that in a harmonious society, a positive social performance will promote contextual performance of employees and in a way benefit the overall performance of the enterprise.
