Empirical Study Of The Salary Institutions Based On The Consensual Payment Models
Salary institutions based on the ability are becoming more and more important in the development of modern enterprises. So, how to establish efficient salary institutions have been puzzling the managers of the enterprise. At the issue, the paper has made a relative deep and overall research about the consensual payment models. On the base of the models, the paper has designed payment institutions for a manufacturing enterprise and proposes that the consensual payment institutions can fully develop the individuals ability and embody his value, do benefits in controlling the cost of an enterprise and strengthen the capacity of employment for the society. So, they are efficient and typical payment systems founded on the individuals abilities, the efficiency of an enterprise and the welfare of a society.
