Study On Psychological Contract Characteristics Of The Talent In High-tech Enterprise
Based on the thorough review of the literature about psychological contract, together with data of 252 employees, the paper finds that there is significant difference in psychological, contract between the talent and the worker in high-tech enterprise. Moreover, results also show that the levels of the talent are much higher than that of the worker in five dimensions; economics motivation, contextual support, development opportunity, rules keeping and entrepreneurship orientation. At last, the paper provides some suggestions for the effective motivation of the talent in high-tech enterprise.
