Empirical Study On Engineering Project Governance Of Chinese Constructional Industry Under Current Supervision
At present, the researches on Project Management (PM) mainly are limited in the domain of engineering, IT industry and manufactory. With the application of in this field, however, it represents different characteristics when Project Management is penetrating into different areas and projects. As a result, the theories and methods of Project Governance (PG) are gradually becoming popular topics. Especially in recent years, the complicated changes of economic conditions, the speeding innovation of technology, the dramatic competition in the market economy, are challenging the traditional management theories and models. In engineering project, relationships of power, responsibility and benefits among stakeholders are existed in this part. In this paper, author will divide all the stakeholders into the two parts: the internal relative and external relative. The structure and mechanism of engineering project .governance are innovatively created by analyzing derivate problems such as trust-agency, the maximum of utility, and the efficiency of the project organization. With the help of practice in current supervision, this essay studies the promotion of PM to PG in an empirical way by using quantitative relationships of various accounting data during project execution.
